HUBSPOT SET-UP AND INTEGRATION FOR START-UP SAAS VIDEO EDITING PLATFORM
Video Husky, a SaaS video editing platform, wanted to move their sales activity into HubSpot to manage customer lifecycles and communications across a number of platforms.
Video Husky had customer data distributed across a range of marketing and revenue tools, and wanted to consolidate this data into two tools: HubSpot and Intercom. We were onboarded to manage the migration and integration of these platforms and ensure customer data was synced and reportable.
We started with a workshop session to understand the sales process and the qualification criteria for how leads moved through this process. Once this information was aligned across the organisation, we replicated these processes in HubSpot and Intercom, syncing the two platforms together to allow sales teams to update customer information in one tool and have it automatically updated in the others.
We were able to successfully sync Intercom and HubSpot together, as well as importing and integrating revenue information to allow us to segment different customer types from prospects and churned customers. This allowed Video Husky to plan specific campaigns to audience segments through multiple communications channels including Live Chat, email and remarketing, as well as get clear ROI figures to understand the best use of their spend.
